1.Service Scope Services are limited to electrical estimating and quantity take-offs only, based on documents provided by the Client. No design, engineering, permitting, project management, or construction services are included.
2. Project Size Limitation Each service tier is subject to maximum project size limits as specified at purchase. Projects exceeding the stated square footage may require additional fees or a different service tier.
3. Client Documentation The Client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and final drawings and specifications prior to commencement. Delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete or revised documents are the Client’s responsibility.
4. Payment, Cancellation & Liability Full payment is required prior to service commencement. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced or the estimate has been delivered.
5. Drawing Revisions & Additional Costs Any revisions, updates, or reissued drawings received after work has commenced shall incur additional charges. Such fees will be determined based on the extent and scope of the revised work.
